DESIGN & PRODUCTION
Are your products designed by Liserie?
Yes. All collections are developed by our internal design team. We carefully create original silhouettes, color palettes, fabric selections, and styling concepts inspired by modern lifestyles and everyday elegance.
Where are your products made?
Our garments are produced through carefully selected manufacturing partners with professional apparel production experience. We work closely with our production teams to maintain high standards in fit, craftsmanship, fabric quality, and finishing details.
Do you inspect products before shipping?
Yes. Every order goes through a quality inspection process before shipment to ensure consistent quality, construction, and presentation.
SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with garment measurements and fit recommendations. We recommend comparing the measurements with similar items you already own for the best fit.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Why may measurements vary slightly?
Due to different fabric characteristics and manual measuring methods, slight variations of 1–3 cm may occur. This is standard within the apparel industry and does not affect the overall quality or fit of the garment.
We continuously work to maintain consistent sizing standards across all collections.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer one complimentary size or color exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Outbound shipping for the replacement is covered by Liserie. To request, email support@liserie.com with your order number.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping in full.
