At Liserie, we aim to make delivery clear, reliable, and easy to track. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment facility in Guang Zhou. Liserie works with Yun EXPRESSES and carriers including DHL, USPS and local last-mile partners.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time includes both order preparation and shipping transit.
Regular items are usually prepared within 1–5 business days. Pre-order items usually require 7–15 business days for preparation before shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, peak seasons, or incorrect shipping information.
Regular Items
Regular items are usually prepared within 1–5 business days before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items
Some items may be marked as Pre-Order due to limited availability, restocking, or seasonal demand. Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately and usually require 7–15 business days for preparation before shipment.
You may request to cancel a pre-order item for a refund before it has been shipped.
Orders With Both Regular and Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both regular and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are ready. When possible, available items may be shipped first and pre-order items may be shipped separately later.
Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Orders may be shipped through USPS, DHL, or other reliable logistics partners depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Delays
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Liserie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
