Returns & Exchanges
Applicable Countries: This return and exchange policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and other countries where Liserie delivers.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original Liserie tags attached and intact
- Returned in original packaging
- Free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Liserie Gift Cards
- Underwear and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@liserie.com within 14 days of delivery with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack items securely and ship using a trackable carrier. We recommend retaining your tracking number, as Liserie is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Return shipping address will be provided in your return authorization email.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Liserie covers all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges: We offer one complimentary exchange per order. Liserie will cover outbound shipping for the replacement item. Return shipping of the original item is the customer's responsibility.
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable in all cases.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Once we receive your return, inspection is completed within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Total expected timeline from delivery of return to refund: approximately 7–10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer, then reach out to us at support@liserie.com.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liserie.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Exchanges
We offer one complimentary size or color exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (Section 4) and specify your preferred replacement in your email.
